about us

Yoga practice is a heart-centered experience which allows for self-awareness and transformation.  That transformation is deeply personal and universal.  It requires us to stop and question how we are relating to everything.  In the space of the pause we open ourselves to allowing, to becoming curious about possibility.  And then we change, we grow, we become…

The unknown self gives birth to energy, awareness, understanding  compassion, and a profound ongoing curiosity into the nature of life and relationships. This awareness allows us to live and love consciously!

I was inspired to create Heaven Meets Earth to support the children of the new Earth and their families.  After the death of my parents and the birth of my kids, I realized the healing and joy that my yoga practice gave me.  I was called to share this with others in the way that was true for me.

We are Evanston’s first green yoga studio, eco-boutique & sanctuary.

I opened the studio on Central Street to allow myself and my students to walk or bike there.  I used all sustainable building products such as bamboo floors, low/no toxic paints, recycled paper products, eco-friendly yoga mats.. to create a high vibration for your yoga and self-awareness practice.

Heaven Meets Earth is Evanston’s first and the North Shore’s only, “Green” yoga studio.

Our program is rooted in vinyasa and Kundalini yoga systems with emphasis on asana, pranayama and meditation to help you live your best life.  You will create inner and outer strength, flexibility and well-being.  You will expand your intuition and self-awareness manifesting prosperity, joy and abundance.  You will be inspired by a wide scope of programs and experiences for conscious living/loving, conscious parenting and conscious business!

Our yoga teachers, healers, shamans, workshop facilitators and guides are the best in their field.

As the Director of Heaven Meets Earth Family Yoga Studio, I’ve traveled world-wide teaching and training in health, fitness, yoga and healing therapies. Through my dedication and experience I bring you the best yoga, meditation, and healing experiences possible. Thank you for sharing yourself and your practice with us.
