What to do when your mom or spouse yell at you

What to do when you are being assaulted with criticism and yelling?  Dance, Smile, Breathe, and remember that the other person is you.  Understand through compassion or you will misunderstand the times.  Forgive, and shift your focus.  Surround yourself in loving thoughts, loving people, loving experiences.  You are a child of God, you are magical, magnificent and full of wonder.  Get away from toxic energy that will only bring you into depression.  Follow what makes your heart smile and NEVER feel guilty for giving yourself what you love.  If you need support – I offer one-on-one phone coaching.  Many Blessings Lisa
