Heart Chakra Tonic by Lisa

Dr. Mark Hyman recommends that you always add protein to a liquid meal. We all need more healthy protein. Chia Seeds and almonds provide that. You could also add flax seeds, bee pollen, etc.

  • 1 single serving container of Coconut water
  • Braeburn Apple cut up with skin (organic)
  • 2 Kale leaves (I used the dark green variety)
  •  A handful of raw almonds
  • 1 Tablespoon of Chia Seeds
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Fresh mint

Variations:

  • Substitute – or include a pear for added sweetness
  • Add or substitute a raw beet for the kale = this gives you a red Root Chakra Tonic
  • Add or substitute carrots for an Orange Chakra Tonic – Sacral Chakra Tonic
