1lb Brussel Sprouts
Balsamic Vinegar
2 tbsp Honey
2 Garlic cloves
2-3 tbsp Coconut Oil
Salt
Cut end off Brussel Sprout, then in half, and into slivers. Toss with chopped garlic, honey, a good amount of vinegar, oil, and salt. I let mine sit over night, but letting them sit for 30 minutes should be plenty of time. Stirring occasionally, bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until most of vinegar has evaporate.
