The fundamentals of YIN YOGA or Taoist Yoga is to apply long, passive
holding in asana (no standing poses) to penetrate the body deeper than
the muscle tissue and to access the connective tissue and facia,
stimulating growth, lubrication, spaciousness and ENERGY!
As a result of this quiet practice, you may also experience a peacefulness deep at your core while achieving a sense of heightened energy throughout the entire body. Beginners to advanced levels are welcome!
