Linda Stremmel

“Quiet the Mind, Soothe the Body, Ignite the Spirit”

Linda Stremmel has been a dedicated student and practitioner of yoga and meditation for many years. As a recent graduate of yoga teacher training, Ms. Stremmel’s experience ranges from chakra meditation to Kundalini yoga with a particular focus on Iyengar-style hatha yoga and she has been training with a variety of meditation and yoga professionals for nearly 10 years.

In addition to teaching meditation, Ms. Stremmel is a certified coach, specializing in transitional relationships. Specifically, Ms. Stremmel supports both partners as they move through separation and divorce. In particular, the focus of this part of her practice is to enable the individuals to maintain respect and dignity for themselves and for each other. This is especially important for the children and the families that are being disrupted by the past, current or future restructuring of the relationship.

Linda is a member of the International Coach Federation and the Chicago Coach Federation as well as a member of the IAYT(Int’l Assoc of Yoga Therapists) and Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT-200). Ms. Stremmel is a graduate and an ambassador for iPEC (Institution for Professional Excellence in Coaching) an ICF-certified coach training program. Linda is a reiki channel and has been a student and practitioner of the ancient Japanese healing technique for more than five years.  She offers individual, family, and group coaching sessions for anyone interested in immersing themselves in her personal and professional coaching philosophy:
